I'm Rebecca, the owner of RDG Virtual. As a business consultant I have struggled to find a "title". Virtual assistant, online business manager, social media guru, graphic designer, business coach; all describe part of the services I provide but are incomplete. Ultimately I am a communicator who partners with clients to help you achieve your vision. I tailor my work to the needs of my clients and enjoy variety. I love details and big picture work. I switched to virtual consulting eight years ago after more than a decade wearing many hats in the non-profit world with titles such as HR Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, Fundraising, Community Development, Event Coordinator and Operations Manager. Supporting clients in the digital space has provided me with a flexible career that still allows me to create and engage with other committed professionals striving to make their mark in the world. I specialize in supporting non-profits and small business owners including counselors and coaches. I also have experience in real estate including investing and wholesale properties. Personally, my favorite title is mom to four amazing children. My happy place is the beach or you will almost always find me with a diet coke in my hand!
